20 Minute Free Consultation

Finding the right therapist can be hard, and we want to help make it as easy as possible. Book a consultation to chat with a therapist, ask any questions you may have, learn how they can support you, and get a feel for if it seems like a good match. Best part? No commitment required until you feel certain you want to go ahead and book an appointment.

Individual Counselling

50 or 80 minute counselling sessions that are 1:1 online or over the phone, with a licensed therapist providing uniquely tailored support based on your lived experiences and needs. No two people are the same, so why would their therapy be? The therapist will provide a supportive space to hear what brings you to us, and establish a plan on how to best support you given your needs, hopes, and expectations. Various session lengths are available to best support your evolving needs.

Couples Counselling

Sometimes you need an open, non-judgemental space to have discussions as a pair. Sometimes therapy is better together. Sometimes things are good, but you want to work on the small things to make them better. Whatever the case may be, couples counselling is here to support any pair that feels they would benefit from having a joint space to talk things through with a therapist. Work with the therapist to determine what the goal of the space is and how you can all collaborate to get there.

Walk & Talk Therapy

We often forget about the strong connection between mind and body. Walk & Talk therapy helps remind us of that connection, and work to strengthen it to better our whole-selves; when we support our body, we support our mind, and vice versa. This type of therapy also allows us to collect with nature, which is known to have a grounding and soothing effect on our central nervous systems.
